    Offer to shareholders to buy shares at a 20% discount (9 cents per share) up to a maximum of $50,000.00 value. 20,000,000 shares on offer. To raise money to build inventory I reckon. Problem is the shareprice may fall to 9 cents on this news? Time will tell.
