It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend one of the Company’s shareholder presentations to be
held in both Sydney and Melbourne at the end of April.
Since David Burden’s appointment as CEO in February 2008, the Company has implemented a number
of initiatives, including:
• a strategic review of the Company;
• subsequent restructure of the Company’s key operating divisions;
• consolidation of Finance, Administration and IT infrastructure, thereby achieving significant
cost-reductions across the business;
• renewed focus on building and sustaining profitable revenue sources;
• assessing new revenue opportunities and pursuing key partnerships;
• development of corporate strategy.
I am delighted with the progress Mr Burden and the Executive team has made over the past two months,
and we now wish to provide all shareholders with an update.

These sessions will enable you to meet the Board and Executive team of the Company and receive a
presentation on the current operations and strategy of the Company.
