    If shareholders in PPN or any other company have concerns regarding company and board operations, then go to the ASIC website to get helpful advice and find out your rights as shareholders. Also look at the Companies Law Act if you feel you're being oppressed as a minority shareholder.

    And remember, companies and boards don't like tangling with ASIC and the Companies Act. Protect your investments.
