    I also received the call from the PR company ... and they don't know anything.

    The maximum AAE could raise from this float is $12 million being made up of:

    63 million shares at 24 cents LESS
    $3 million being paid to the Underwriters.

    As it is, they are just going to give 12.5 million shares to the Underwriters. It makes you wonder why they couldn't have announced the share purchase plant AFTER some postive news regarding the Beatrice Biodiesel plant.
