As long as the REO prices continue to fall?
I don't see what we're waiting for anymore. The plant is all lights green, the Q report just around the corner, and a profitable business in just a few months. Yet a declining price? Should my money have been better off earning 4.25% with the bank?
What are we waiting for and when will it happen. If I can get a somewhat accurate answer (without being smart about it) would make my night and holding onto this narcotic much easier.
