Mr Smith received I think close to 60 million performance shares around the time of his "resignation". Last I knew he held enough to control/hold high % ownership. If he wanted to, he could control the share price for his own enjoyment. Hense why I am intrigued to see his position in the top 20. As lape has mentioned before, you have to wonder if Andrea's has taken the dream and moved it away under a different company and left Ross with the motherload.
