Are you speaking of Satipharm CBD gelpells? These are on shelves in Europe, and are sold on Amazon.
They were recently approved for Australian MM use and the import license in place. I'm not sure if they have arrived yet, but if not, they are on the way. They will be issued to those with medical ground approval in Australia - but you will not find them available to the public on a shelf in a chemist.
