I've wondered about that myself. If you remember, when UG first announced they were looking at doing that, they were one of the only LPs looking at supplying starter material. By about Feb of this year nearly all of the LPs were talking about doing it. With 180 licensees in Canada at Late Stage applications, they may have decided not to bother. It's worth asking though.
