Shareholder Recommendations for GM

I am pissed off mightily with today's announcement.

Nothing screams 'lifestyle company' more than than a board awarding themselves undeserved 'service rights'.

Most of us, I assume, don't get handed freebies in our jobs just for showing up. Some lucky people get to work towards bonuses and commissions, while most have high expectations put on them just to earn their salary.

These 'service rights' are an invention by the board to pay themselves more to do nothing more than simply show up to the required meetings.

All this comes on the back of a highly delayed and stretched out project timeline, a whole lot of nothing in the way of non-dilutive funding announcements, a God-awful share price and a pretty ordinary start to adding tonnage to our resource (pretty sure we already knew if we drilled into the middle of Cuerpo 1 we'd hit shallow copper again).

I highly recommend ALL shareholders vote against ALL resolutions.

As for the terrible new name- it just brings up images of this guy.
