Personally I think they are fair & responsible target.
On LTI these are real people on the ground with family & young kids - I don't have issues with it infact I applaud this.
On 50% vesting at $1.69 that's over 50% SP increase from today. I will be making decent money, so will many others who have been topping up in the recent months.
On resource increase, that will put us firmly in Tier 1, and critically, it unlocks the feasibility to support 150ktpa output which will put us at the same scale as OZL.
