Yours posts are appreciated, it is obvious that you are defending the BOD, no one here knows where you are really coming from.
But an interesting name all the same : - any relation or connection?

I have no idea of you background or interests. But i will reiterate mine, I had ten years in the multi-national corporate world, in a company far bigger than RAP, but obviously not as big as Pfizer, and this was not in a junior or middle role either, got to heart of the ways these corporates think, and heart is the wrong word, they will screw over their own grandmothers or sell their daughters for a profit. I did not like this whatsoever. But it gave me a very powerful and intuitive insights as to how these people operate.
So cross me at you peril, as i am also extremely intuitive. Your posts are full of corporate doublespeak.
So back to our much loved Resapp
The worst thing you can do is play the 'wait and see' game with these guys. They are already three steps ahead of you.
So again this brings me around to questioning your motives? In your contradictory posts to mine, you often bring up the case of getting a 'corporate lawyer?' Why should you keep bring that up ? To me this is absolutely consistent with the sort of comment that comes from a corporate backer. Except 'me old mucker' you have been smoked out.

Simple Question Yes - No - i am sure many are watching with interest. I cannot see any reason for your aggression towards my posts, that generally attack the BOD, but not directly, just putting out what can be and could be done - and so i ask are you actions are as a result of personal belief. This does not make sense, as you have never actually stated your interest.
If you would like to calm down and, if on a public platform - be honest - as most here are, then you will get some respect. So again :-

And no, i am not stupid, if you are defending the board on a public domain site, then fair enough - but i shall offer a deal to you as follows.
Seeing that your posts are always reactive, (especially to mine - which are proactive) - i shall cease posting anything negative about the BOD, if you cease to post anything at all. We all know that 95% of posts on HC are from the hip, although the other 5% are pure gold. And of course you also truthfully divulge your position. Is that difficult or too hard?
I am pretty sure that will put you between a rock and a hard place. But thats the game you chose to play.
