This would be one of my main concerns, another poster mentioned about one of the apparent throw away clauses in the scheme document which may be one of many that get used to achieve Pfizer's goal. They would be capable and willing to throw another 100 million into backdoor tactics to achieve their goal and we as a small company "D" division against the Premier League would have an uphill battle ,David beating Goliath is the exception , not the rule, but that should certainly not deter us from the fight
