These off market deals must be having an impact on turnover and profitability of the ASX. The lack of transparency of what is happening behind the scenes is disturbing. We do not have an informed market.

Some two weeks ago, I forwarded two e-mails off to ASIC in relation to another matter. As yet I have had no reply. I can only assume ASIC is receiving more complaints than it can handle in a short time frame.

With respect to the implications of what the BLOG draws attention to, I am of the same opinion as you that future action will result but that is some time off.
