For these off market deals to occur , there would have to be high level liaison between the brokers to arrange these deals. I would think that the ASX would be at a distinct disadvantage if brokers' contributions to the ASX are based on turnover as the volumes traded off market may well be considerable as they involve the major players.

It puts the major players well ahead of the ordinary investor whose shares are frozen when voluntary suspensions occur. It aint fair.
