This shorting on market and covering off market. has anyone ever heard of the major orgarnised crime squad.
If you have an auction process where you sell something you don't own and buy it back around the back of the auctioneers platform from a group of guys who look like they haven't shaved for a week correct me is that not organised crime.
Seems pretty clear to me.
The concept of rules of an auction process are pretty simple, the highest bidder buying and selling. If you get round back of the auctioneers platform and buy back without it going through the auction process then the simple law of supply and demand is stuffed. This is auction off something you don't own in an auction and buy it back at the sale of the day without testing the supply and demand rules. In my books that is ASX sponsored crime.
It is about time we come to grips with the reason the law enforcement people don't act. To me it's pretty obvious.
What's the point in working and having 10% put into super when the people running the exchange see that 10% of your money as theirs.
