Keep it off radar and you disarm them to some extent, provided your conviction to hold rings true and your timeframe is truly independent.
It bugs me also that this occurs, but as retail punters we CAN adapt.
I find the scalp is minimal if I select off radar exit/entry carefully. You may also find if you time exit right, you may be assisted in the positive, because they cannot immediately halt true momentum.
I also feel much less vulnerable after taking control of my own super - whilst legislation allows...
It's my small contribution to what I hope is their ultimate failure.
