..seriously ZZZ, I can't understand for the life of me why on reading the report...and this is the latest instalment... (http://www.scribd.com/doc/69225627/3-2-An-Analysis-of-Price-Under-Performance-During-Jan-Feb-2010) ...you can't accept at all that there maybe, just maybe something extremely odd about such dominance at auctions, even if it is the clients of the broker firing orders.

It appears and I'm just saying, it appears, that it is a situation where the few have total control of the price discovery process...now what would you call that? couldn't that just possibly amount to manipulation??
