A couple things:
1) Going through the Bangkok post archives, some new investigation of encroachment/bribery is announced by the DSIA approximately every October to December since KCN initiated arbitration under TAFTA back in approx 2018.
2) A major brokered financing and Taurus debt agreement was undertaken recently, whereby both foreign and thai legal counsel would have reviewed all documents related to the Thai government's allegations....both these financings proceeded, post DD.
3) The penalties for encroachment are modest in financial terms, but could include large jail sentences for individuals.
4) A hardball move by the Thailand government, we may be getting to the short strokes and a final settlement of this unfortunate ongoing saga, that neither party really needs.....
