Why did shareholders just blow another $2,000,000 aussie in costs for the worlds worst loan last week ?

This is why....( this is for positive reflection only , so these failures aren't repeated in 2024 )

Throughout the 2023 year & shareholders -50% destruction , the focus was not where it should of been.. I warned them and they refused to listen.

Jamie cannot be in two places at once.

Jamie cannot be sitting at a Thai bank getting Thai bank loan whilst he is wasting day's & buyback cash at a conference.

Jamie cannot be sitting at PMR refinery fixing this insane situation whilst he is wasting day's and money sitting at a conference..

Why are they smiling at the exact time shareholders are getting smashed and problems are happening beneath the surface?

Let's not have a repeat of this insanity in 2024 please...

Let's hope this ridiculous loan last week is a wake-up call to all our Mgmt that being the clown show at the circus leads to disaster.

Multiple weeks & months wasted here, whilst PMR refinery problem is not being fixed, whilst Thai bank loan is not being secured.



Multiple day's and many $$$$ thousands wasted here for 4 employees whilst PMR refinery problems are not being fixed and Thai Bank loan is not being sorted. Lot's of buyback cash $$$ blown when they could have been buying stock at $1.20



This one is the most disturbing because i believe this is where we were sold this incredibly disastrous +15 % loan... Note: Cheap Thai bank loan will never be confirmed sitting at a conference in USA & PMR refinery delay will never be fixed sitting at a conference... Many thousands of $$$$ buyback cash blown that could have been bought back at $1.10



It's a simple fact that 2023 saw over +$130,000,000 cash flow through Mgmt hands and shareholder value was destroyed at the same time from $2.05 -->$1.05 and that is a wake-up call , or if they don't wake up we are doomed.

Kingsgate has been doomed since $11 in 2011.... There would have been lot's of promises during those years & the only thing delivered was $11 down to 74c into 2014 before any Government crap that only started later.

More discussions, more crap, another wasted day & NO fixing PMR refinery problems & No achieving cheap Thai bank loan, but lot's of handshakes and smiles whilst shareholders are getting destroyed.



So let's finish with the photo we never ever want to see again..... Our entire board with clown hat's at the Circus whilst shareprice is getting destroyed, PMR refinery problems were not being fixed & the royalty pre-payment not being fixed & no Thai loan being secured..


( but Nucharee's Green chicken curry and fluffy rice was delicious ! )




So lady's and gentleman, Grasshoppers, $hitters & flippers, as we end 2023 and you ask why there is no cheap Thai loan, no PMR refinery problem fixed after 8 months, no settlement agreement, no royalty pre-payment fixing, i hope the elephant in the room above get's you onto the phone , get's you sending e-mails, because i tried my best..... but my efforts have fallen on deaf ears & only got me banned, relationship's destroyed, months of anger and frustration, all for nothing for lovegod except knowing i tried my best.....


Finger's crossed 2024 puts an end to this crap & they start working as hard for you as you had to work to earn the cash to buy your KCN kingsgate shares !!
