the recent news from thailand could be one of the last puzzels, solve this "local legal issue" ... as its Relating to when the chatree mine was closed in 2016... once solved... one bullet point more is marked green... more green is closer towards Settlement...
bydw... statistics say more than half ISDS cases is either setteld or decided in favour of investor...

looking into thailand... they had two ISDS cases... ours (KCN) is Pending the other one: "decided in favour of investor"
not a high success rate for Thailand...
the current "award under the Thailand Australia Free Trade Agreement" is one of our levers to get the things solved as we need....
RSK knows this and for sure he wont settel the dispute until we have everything solved...
Indeed, I hope that we will settle the dispute with Thailand with an sucsessful AKARA THAILAND IPO on the Thai Stock exchange... that would de-risk it significantly as the Thais have some skin in the game too...probably makes the most sense strategically ....

or why not sell it directly to some china guys... they know how to deal with Thailand...
