Shareholder Revolt

Not sure what's possible but you hear of things like private equity groups with substantial holdings taking a swing at company Board's insisting on (and in many cases being successful) change of personnel or direction or whatever if they feel that the company is not achieving its potential.

With the number of substantial shareholders posting on this forum why can't we as a block tackle the Board etc at the AGM demanding change. Seems there are many disgruntled holders, me included, and maybe it needs a Catalonian style uprising to achieve progress.
