    Dear Fellow Shareholders,

I believe our board is totally inept when it comes to progressing a project of this calibre.

The board except for Park Wei appear to be all appointees by our Executive Chairman Asimwe Kabunga.

Asimwe while being our Executive Chairman , has had up to 3 other Executive appointments — VRC- RMI -AKN (resigned this year). Each had remuneration in excess of $250k pa PLUS some form of share package.
He also continues to have his our asset as well and over the last couple of years and 4 months ago sold two Guinea assets into another ASX listed company

How can he focus on our asset with so many conflicting roles.!!!!!!!

Please have a look at VRC and it’s “funding “ saga over it Graphite deposit— since the feasibility study it has been over 5 years and — nothing, other than continual promises it is coming.!!!!!!

RMI and AKN are basket cases.

More importantly all these companies including Lin all acquired assets from Asimwe and many of his contacts or maybe associates. A big recipient of many of these outside of himself was Rohan Patnaik — whom has sold 18m shares over the last several months and may sell more.— look at all these companies and their top 20 shareholders.

If fact the only asset in these group of companies that has any resemblance of value is the Kangankunde asset which was acquired by Lindian which was introduced by an unassociated third party.

Most if not all of our others assets— in Guinea and Tanzania- were vends from either Asimwe or associates or contacts.

Under Asimwe ,CEO’s and CFO/Company Secretary have come and gone — Shannon Green, Matt Bull, Danny Keating, Alistair Stephens, David Sumich, Geoff James, Nick Day, Sue Parks, Michael Fry..— why ?????

I believe Asimwe just does not have the necessary skillset to delivery on this world class asset.

I have given up all hope that Asimwe will see and realise his own shortcomings and step aside and therefore I ask all shareholders if you see these same shortcomings to voice your concerns by voting against the remuneration report— Resolution 1 and the re election of Asimwe — Resolution 2.

    Concerned and frustrated.
