So in the end who is responsible for the massive losses that shareholders have incurred
How can a company tell shareholders that they expect 20% profit growth and then a month later this? and expect to get away with it....after many holders and new investors would have made investment decisions on that initial forecast
Are these directors who get paid millions of dollars in breach of material disclosure?
Is there a legal issue here?
