What a joke. Shareholders are asked to rescue the company from a greedy bank by subscribing for additional shares at 5 cents and then a short time later after the comapany is starting to show some promise the directors recommend we sell these shares for 3.2 cents and now they have issued 22.7 million shares to senior management with a value of $726,400 which can be converted to cash immediately. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
