As another follow up... I also exchanged a couple of emails with Jay which gave me a lot of confidence.

He didn't disclose anything that shouldn't be public knowledge, but I don't think he'd mind if I quote him here.

Since he has become CEO in December, he has, "completed a review of costs and cash flows of the company with an aim to materially improve corporate financial results without risking our potential for success with Buntine Protein".

I'm changing my sentiment from none to buy... I think they're heading in the right direction now with a clearer pathway on where to focus their efforts.
