Appreciate your post. My worries over this whole saga are abating but I had huge concerns, as you have no doubt guessed, because of the comments made by a poster on here who appears to be a party to this.
The fact that PB will be selecting his own chairman/director takes away my top most fears re an outside ring in disrupting the board dynamics etc the outcome of which, I don't believe, would be good for current shareholders.
If this is were it stops then I'm a yes vote. And if it means a few delays while management focus their efforts into finding a suitable replacement then so be it. What's a few more months
