That thought crossed my mind also......Why give a 100mil shares @ 20% discount....I believe when Evans left PB stated we'd have a new chairperson early 2016... nothing ever came of it until a few years later when Rex was placed as acting chairman. Handy to have a fellow board member placed in a position to oversee whats going on.

I dont feel too bad about complaining or whinging (as some may say) over the years.

To bring out some transparency out on these matters with someone I believe is genuine is a good thing. I might have to get my pompoms out after all.
