To look on the bright side maybe Vimson will agree with the Brown logic. After all they are new to the Register and will not want their investment to stagnate. Put another way - imagine how they would feel if they had come on board 4 years ago and see where we are now.
The Browns can put up a very robust and convincing case for taking this action. My brief experience with the Indian export business sector suggests they are not into watching paint dry.
