"In the meantime we would like to reassure TNG members that we are still supportive and positive about the Mt. Peake project and TIVAN technology, and are simply seeking to improve the structure, composition and resourcing within to Company (both board and executive) to allow it to execute strategy in a timely manner, deliver commercially acceptable outcomes to members, improve its corporate governance and communicate effectively and transparently with members and above all, protect all shareholders interests with sound commercial outcomes.
There are no underlying motives that differ from this statement and look forward to allowing the TNG members to voice their opinions."
