What I'd ideally like the Requisitioning Members and Board to elaborate on is:
What are the key differences of opinion between the Requisitioning Members and Paul Burton that have led to the s249 and can these be reconciled for either conclusion of the proposal?
Do either party recognise any present risk to the company via market manipulation or risk to TIVAN IP? If so, do either party believe that the recent CR could help mitigate these risks in any way?
