My guess is the tech is good they have no money and no idea.

Best scenario is calimmune do OK and for them then sell on a high. Not impossible. They can't muck around though they don't have the cash.

With directors don't you need more yea's then neys' how are you going to pull that off? Also there are plenty of options there to dilute if they want to fight back.

I think this energy would be better put to use selling, buying other stock and making your money back that way. Good luck.
