    I can’t remember the details. But I’m pretty sure at the time of the class action they were still trading above net tangible assets, even if you assumed it was settled for the maximum amount. And they were still very liquid/no finance issues. So a buyback would have made sense.

    either way. I hold way too much CCV and still think it’s good value so would be happy with a buyback up to around 35c. but if it goes higher and then they buy back I think it’s questionable. Just return the cash.
