Yes I had a similar question and in particular the zero exercise performance rights. I don't mind them gifting themselves some shares so long as it's warranted and IMHO it is definitely not warranted at this point in time. I also mentioned my opinion regarding the GLA arm. I think the GLA application page lacks pizzaz compared to Money 3. Would be good to see some customer reviews on the site also. Plenty of coin to be made in care loans IMO
