It appears that they are using two formats of that disclaimer too.

Here is another one which covers practically the same things and reading between the lines it tells you to practically don't take any notice of what they tell us as it could very well become all pear shape.

Anyone still investing in this outfit after reading those disclaimer at the bottom of their announcements must be really game and venturous.

I don't think so.
In a few or many words, and IMO, you can go whistle dixie if you are silly enough to invest based on what they tell us and loose your money.

I believe that I can imagine who would be the one writing such a thing and cover every corner of the globe...... Just in case.

All I know is that these CTP threads have now become so poorly attended and frequented that it is just like looking and/or searching for grass growing in the Sahara desert.
