    Executives and Directors have legal obligation to do their best in all matters for company at all times Their holding or not holding shares is irrelevant. In CTP case no directors appear in top 20 holdings list - they are not in position to thwart takeover bid with their holdings. Once 90 % takeover threshold is reached they can be compulsorily acquired and dealt with as appropriate by shareholder syndicate new owners. That energising redirecting wealth distributing day is developing.
