Maate, I never heard of  a company and/or it's BOD's and executives not telling their shareholders that they are taking a pay cut. Not unless it was just a $2 per week cut which I still wouldn't believe. Period.!!

They usually look for the highest place on earth to claim upon and singing it out aloud to tell the world how good and considerate they are.
