While IMO, anyone willing to take full notice and the big risky punt with that disclaimer appearing at the bottom of their announcement would need to start and take some serious thinking and might seek some medical help.

For, what that disclaimer could and does mean, is that they can tell you anything they like and not be held accountable as they made it clear to you that everything they are telling you could very well turn out to be all baseless.

Besides all other part which makes some very interesting readings and ringing all possible bells available, the following part, which appears at the bottom, says it all:
