Many years ago I was a FC at a small listed company. Its fair to say I didn’t always see eye to eye with the CFO and CEO and after I left I have to admit I enjoyed a fair degree of schadenfreude as I followed their eventual demise.

Looking back with the benefit of having grown up a bit (although some may say not enough) I don’t really know why I felt the way I did. Maybe I felt some kind of inner justification that the company was brutally restructured a couple of years after I left, but in reality its just the way business is.

So I can kind of understand why an ex-employee might take to the internet to seemingly revel in news that may seem disappointing compared to others lofty expectations.


PS It will be interesting to see if the 100k buyer sitting at 40c gets hit on open
