MM, surely you have to admit that there is much more to this considering the touted capital raising still has not occurred. Why then is TZ apparently happy to 'sail close to the wind'?
All linked to the AP decision, and the QVT stand-by loan was struck partly to appease the ASX while we wait ie announced day before 4c announcement.
If AP is a 'yay' in a big way, then capital will be raised at a much higher price. Some may see it as a risky manoeuvre, others (including me) will see it as a sign of supreme confidence.
