Hi Martin, if you were a director, would you award yourself performance rights that only had a 10% chance of being achieved ? Of course not, but you'd tell the shareholders that so they'd getting voted through and then once achieved the shareholders would be really grateful. If you told them they had a 90% chance of reaching the goal, shareholders would ask to have the bar set higher.
