You would think by know they would have some idea of tax implications with the ATO and could at least return some funds to shareholders,
I'm guessing that they will wait for LLL final decision to see if there are any payments to shareholders which will benefit FFX holders without the LLL connection.
Hope they are earning some decent interest on our money they are holding and are close to closing this pile of manure down.
