Re ATO rulings timings
A Class Ruling request was submitted in October 2024 to the ATO, asking the ATO to confirm the tax treatment on distribution to Shareholders

Leo applied for one 23/5/24 received it 19/2/25 (9 months)
PLS took about 6 months re LRS takeover

If it takes as long as Leo, 9 months for FFX = July
Leo didn't wait for the final ruling before distributing T1, they made the distribution Jan 31st, got the ruling Feb 19th.
Like FFX they would have been in communication with the ATO & would have had a fair idea what the ruling would be. FFX should also have a good idea as to how the ruling will go.
