Please correct me if I am mistaken, but FFX applied for an ATO ruling on distribution last October (2024)....

That is 8-9 months ago & still we await a decision???

This mob are taking the absolute p*ss. FFX is doing absolutely FA apart from holding our capital & our LLL shares to ransom.

Could they not initiate the distribution process, then execute in July/August.?? That way falling into the new FY.

If you weren't involved in this saga you simply wouldn't believe it. I hope FFX management have tucked a little aside for a rainy day. What investor in his/her right mind would commit another penny to a business where any of this mob were affiliated in the future.
