Also have a look at page 4 "Sales update" I lifted the below sentence in relation to pilots
Customer contracts generally include a pilot term of 30-90 days. When KPI’s are met the customer automatically migrates to a longer 12-24 month term.
If the big 4 Pilot has the above clause and KPI's are met it would be off to the races.
