Hmmm,

I've always liked the PDT business the best ( and a buyer appears to agree with me ) and wouldnot like to see it sold. I don't trust agreements to do the right thing after a sale as enforcement is virtually impossible.

However there is less than quarters $$ left in the kitty on the snap shot provided and that may drive things.... it might also have prompted the offeror to make a cheap bid. I can only hope that bouris keeps in mind PDT's likely earnings when the GFC is a distant memory.

While I always thought that earnings were about to snowball I am suprised at how well things are progressing - thumbs up for managemnt.... at last.
