If the business is still strategically important to TZ, then think we should keep some of it.
Sell them 30%, let them buy out another 20% over the next 2 years, make it a JV. Use these money realised to fund the TZ expansion, while paying back QVT some of what they are owed.
Very good results on the TZ side of the business though, when IXP starts motoring, could be massive. Dominate Aus/NZ, continue growth in the Americas (North/South) and tackle Europe when they recover from their current situation.
