Past holders in CVI did not 'simply' lose in some game - they were lied to, and scammed by a group of professionals who have long histories of rorting sharemarkets.

IMO, Raks is performing a great public service in reiterating an important warning to CVI readers about the nature of CVI "management", and that ASIC is investigating the unholy mess that is CVI - an investigation which presents a real risk to the ongoing trading status of this company.
