More shares were on issue on when the company traded back at the 30c level and the company had a strong retail following. The compnay has a credibility problem now and until MS convinces the market otherwise it will have trouble moving upwards. we have heard about all of these different deals for about 2 years and nothing ever happens, so it does not really matter what CVI propose to do, they actually need to follow through and deliver on something.
