Somehow i dont think 3M would sell their patch technology to anybody .. they are the market leader in this field.. if that was their strategy they wouldn't be in business too long would they???
Yes their manufacturing facilitiues of course but not technology SClurnge .. that would be almost commercial suicide.. dont you think?
