Looks like a good announcement to me but im not an oil expert....shows we are going to see anumber of announcements in the next 4-6 weeks about farmin partners on 3 or 4 wells...I see all these announcements as being positive for the share price...especially if NXS can get some good farmin partners.
Looks to me as though NXS think they have at least a 100% chance off 200 BCF of gas...50% chance of 550BCF of gas and a 10% chance of 850 BCF of gas.
I think 200 BCF of gas is worth about 30c to the share price...500 bcf is worth about 50c to NXS valuation and 850 BCF would be worth 80c to the share price...not taking into account value of other wells...data etc etc...happy to be corrected here
So we should have a good floor in place for those who got set early...now we just sit back and wait for grayling...and news on farmin partners...will be a great new years if grayling does come off.
